He spent 5 years as an Assistant Operations Manager for a staffing company, 7 years working with Wells Fargo’s payroll software, and 10 years working with two of the premier staffing software providers (Tempworks and Avionte) spanning hundreds of happy customers and vastly growing his knowledge of employment technology and industry partners.
Most recently, he’s been helping venture capital and staffing firms bring the best of their company's values, best practices, technology and ideas into focus, and harmonizing these qualities within an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), or HCM (Human Captial Management) platform.
